This multifacted show for the 2008/2009 school year will challenge your children's perspective of fitness to include wellness of body, mind and heart. It's all about choosing wisely in what we feed our bodies, what we feed our minds and listening to our hearts. It’s also about moderation, balance and keeping an active mind. A great mix of singing, dancing and mind bending fun! "When children think of wellness they often think of fitness or eating right. I want to expand their perception of wellness".

It all starts with YOU! and builds to respecting others, The Golden Rule with a TWIST, knowing your P's (please) and Q's (thank you), respecting animals and giving them their space and respecting our environment. My NEW Primary School Show on Respect is a jam-packed 45 minute show, singing, dancing, laughing and learning. It's a great way to jumpstart the respect program in your school.

Sing Every Day!

I sing every day and I encourage children to do the same. I believe music and song are vital parts of childhood. Sprinkled with laughter and a good dose of imagination, my performances are engaging, interactive, energetic and most of all, fun. I write children's songs with parents in mind. I realize parents have to listen to these songs at home and in the car (hopefully often), so I try to make them lyrically and musically pleasing to both young and old alike. A few of my puppet friends make appearances to bring some of my songs to life with lots of audience participation. My performances are interactive, funny and guaranteed fun for children 3 to 7.
